You shall have to create the actual files and to upload them to your account, and then to set them for a particular domain or subdomain using the Hosted Domains section of the Hepsia Control Panel. You can easily do this for every site hosted inside the account independently, so that each set of custom made pages shall have identical layout as the website it's part of. When necessary, you can always go back to a default page from our system or to the default Apache server page. Another way to set personalized error pages is to create an .htaccess file in the domain/subdomain root folder and to add a few lines in it. All of the Linux semi-dedicated hosting plans which we provide support customized error pages and it shall not take more than a couple of mouse clicks from your Hepsia website hosting Control Panel to use this feature. The option can be found in the Hosted Domains section of your Control Panel where you'll have to enter the links to the custom-made files through basic drop-down menus and an easy to use interface. Needless to say, you need to upload them to your account before that. In case you don't need to use this function at some point, you can disable it just as easily and choose an Apache server page or a default page from our system to be shown whenever your visitors encounter an error. If you prefer, you could also use an .htaccess file to enable the personalized error pages. The file needs to contain a specific line of code and a link for each error type and you can easily discover an example of the whole content for all four error types in our Help section.
